What does Regional Management Nordth\u00fcringen do?\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Regional Management Nordth\u00fcringen unites the Kyffh\u00e4userkreis, the district of Nordhausen and the Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis as project areas. For the year 2021\/2022, the topic of the shortage of skilled workers in Northern Thuringia was to be addressed in the regional marketing campaign with the help of influencer marketing. A suitable agency was found for the design and implementation of the campaign as part of a public tendering process. Together with the influencer agency “Bloggerkartei”, we were able to score points as a communications agency. <\/p>

What had to be done?<\/h3>

The aim of the regional marketing campaign was to draw the attention of skilled workers to the economic region of Northern Thuringia. The aim was to highlight the attractiveness of the region for career starters, career changers and trainees. To this end, an influencer traveled through the economic region of Northern Thuringia for 180 days and explored the wide range of job profiles and numerous leisure activities on offer in over 30 different companies in the area. This campaign had to be organized in advance during the conception phase and then implemented in a coordinated manner and supervised on a daily basis during the implementation phase. An exciting regional project that we supported with passion. <\/p>

What did we do?<\/h3>

In close cooperation with the blogger index, we supported the regional management of Northern Thuringia from the conception phase through to the implementation phase. During the conception phase, the regional marketing campaign was finally given its name “Jobmarathon Nordth\u00fcringen”. We designed and implemented a landing page for the application process to select the right influencer and participating companies and produced advertising posters and flyers for the public image. A full car wrap and the design of suitable merchandise articles were also part of our tasks. The impressions were documented in a so-called job blog on the website www.jobmarathon-nordthueringen.de<\/g>, which was created especially for the project. During the implementation phase, we took over social media management and community management for the entire project and were available as the official press office for inquiries at any time. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
