This is us

We have it all – morning people, coffee enthusiasts, hobby sports enthusiasts, bookworms … Our diverse team has one thing in common: an affinity for communication. What does that have to do with you? Whether you want to put on an event, need support with press relations, want to upgrade your blog texts or launch a new magazine – as a dream team for corporate communications, we are exactly the right address for you. But let’s not beat about the bush: Who is part of our team and what do we stand for? Just read on.

Ilka Stiegler
Managing Director

Typical boss: Ilka is everywhere. With her phone in her right hand, she discusses the next communication concept while typing an email with her left. And that works? Of course it does — Ilka knows communication inside out.

Nora is a valuable sparring partner for entrepreneurs and marketing managers in the region. She develops and implements brand and communication concepts, initiates press relations strategically, develops multilingual content and expands communication channels. Nora is a multitasking whizz and always does so with a smile on her face.

Nora Körner
Member of the management team, Senior PR Consultant
Tony Wachtel
Editorial management

Tony texts and coordinates on the fly. But he needs his routine for that: morning coffee, an apple after lunch, and black tea with sweets at 3 pm. Once he has these, his writing workshop runs at full speed.

Laura doesn’t like being bored. She prefers variety. That’s exactly what she gets as a PR consultant with us. Not only is she the link between customers and our editorial and social media team, she also creates content herself. Her career to date has also been full of variety, from student radio to an algae farm, an online magazine and a daily newspaper.

Laura Marunke
PR Consultant
Ramona Kolodzie
Editor

Ramona, our editor, takes care of everything to do with text. She writes news articles and press releases, proofreads various flyers and documents, and researches interesting topics for future blog posts. She particularly values constructive criticism and feedback. Thanks to her background in German Studies, she enjoys reading up on new and unfamiliar topics. She always approaches her work with good humour, motivation and care.

Maxi is a valuable member of our team, supporting us with blog texts, topic research and administration. She often finalises the publication of our blog posts. As a business administration student, she learns from us and can also teach the team a thing or two. She also has a talent for designing social media posts. But most importantly of all, her positive attitude and delicious baked goods put a smile on everyone’s face!

Maxi Hebenstreit
Management Assistant
Alexander Flämig
Design

Alex wants to make the world a little better every day, or at least from a designer’s perspective. We are, of course, happy to give him the opportunity to do so. As a freelance graphic designer, he supports us with magazines, posters and brochures. Someone who works so hard creatively must be very active in their private life too. He enjoys jogging and playing volleyball and basketball, and can often be found out and about in museums and various German cities.

Does the client need a new corporate design, website or customer magazine? Our freelance graphic designer, Alin, is on hand to help. She impresses with her unconventional ideas, her “we can do it” attitude, and her lively nature. A meeting with Alin is like prosecco on the rocks – it puts everyone in a good mood!

Dominik Schilling
Brand, strategy, crisis PR

Is a customer in a communication mess? Who should they call? Dominik, of course! He’s an experienced consultant, strategist and copywriter. Our freelance communications professional is just a phone call or email away when you need advice, not only in an emergency.

Franz is studying economics and social sciences and supports us as a project assistant, specialising in the business sector. In this role, he designs teasers and visuals or helps with client acquisition. In his work, he places great importance on having fun, feeling a sense of belonging and constantly meeting new people. In his spare time, Franz loves to get out and about: whether it’s having brunch with friends, playing padel, going to a club or travelling all over the world.

Project Assistant
Thomas Natzschka
Support text

Thomas is a traveller. In more ways than one. As many countries as he has seen, he has explored and developed an equal number of topics as a copywriter. No journey is too far for him, no topic too distant, whether it’s for websites, PR, social media or blog posts. Photo: Katharina Grottker
