What does VSC.Bike do?
VSC.Bike combines environmental protection and physical activity at work in its business model: with its cargo and company bikes, the company has been creating sustainable, ecological transportation in small and large conurbations since 2017. The specially manufactured bikes, which are used to transport larger goods or loads, are used by Deutsche Post, for example, for deliveries – healthy and environmentally friendly.
VSC.Bike has been cooperating with Pendix GmbH, a manufacturer of drive systems, since 2020. The USP here? Together, they combine the frame and motor design components during development and combine retrofit drives with cargo bikes. This creates absolute added value for customers: they benefit from flexibility in product selection and rapid adaptation to their needs.
What we do for VSC.Bike
Our main common goal is to raise awareness of VSC.Bike and introduce even more potential customers to sustainable transportation alternatives. In particular, we want to highlight the wide range of options offered by the various bikes: from normal bikes to trikes, with different delivery boxes and electric drives – VSC.Bike offers diversity made in Germany.
Together, we decided on press relations and a content strategy. This includes traditional print media as well as online media and blogs. Environmental issues should also be covered in the media in this context, as many delivery companies are already using cargo bikes for the “last mile” of delivery.
What measures have we taken?
Naturally, we set to work with great enthusiasm straight away, drafting press releases, writing to editorial teams and journalists, and sparing no effort to showcase VSC.Bike in new media outlets. And we were successful, as evidenced by the free coverage in regional and specialist media.
We also regularly provide topic suggestions for the targeted content strategy and create suitable blog posts for the company blog.
What else?
Social media, of course! The third part of our collaboration with VSC.Bike is in the area of social networks with a focus on LinkedIn. Together, we increase brand awareness on the channel and build a relevant network for the company.
Here’s to VSC.Bike continuing to do so well – or rather: to keep riding!
