This is us
We have it all – morning people, coffee enthusiasts, hobby sports enthusiasts, bookworms … Our diverse team has one thing in common: an affinity for communication. What does that have to do with you? Whether you want to put on an event, need support with press relations, want to upgrade your blog texts or launch a new magazine – as a dream team for corporate communications, we are exactly the right address for you. But let’s not beat about the bush: who is part of our team and what do we stand for? Just read on.
Typical boss: Ilka is everywhere. With her phone in her right hand, she discusses the next communication concept while typing an email with her left. And that works? Sure, because Ilka knows communication like the back of her hand.
Nora is a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and marketing managers in the region. Developing and implementing brand and communication concepts, strategically initiating press relations, developing multilingual content or expanding communication channels – multitasking-tested and always with a smile on her face, Nora gets to work.
Tony texts and coordinates on the fly. But he needs his routine for this: morning coffee, the apple after lunch and black tea plus sweets at 3 pm. So lubricated, his writing workshop then runs at full speed.
As a management assistant and former self-employed person, Marie knows all about the organizational aspects of running a business and her motto is clear: keep Ilka’s back free! Her all-round talent and wide-ranging interests are also her focus after work: family, cooking, music, travel and sport to balance things out. We’ll be cheering you on at the next marathon!
André supports us as a project assistant with smooth office organization. This ranges from coordinating deadlines to helping with project controlling. Accuracy, precise processes and dealing with people are right up André’s street. Because: He can build on 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. In his private life, André enjoys sports. Whether it’s cheering on the sidelines when his kids are playing soccer or riding his bike at top speed.
For Louisa, our social media project manager, there is always a coherent concept behind successful work. She also swears by a varied mix of topics and formats. Louisa can put this formula for success to good use with us. She manages our customers’ channels and networks and also gives our own social media presence the necessary excitement. By the way: Louisa’s free time is also exciting, because she loves true crime podcasts.
Laura doesn’t like boredom, but she does like variety. And that’s what she has as a PR consultant with us: she is not only the link between customers and our editorial and social media team, but also takes care of content herself. And how could it be otherwise, Laura’s career to date has also been full of variety: from student radio to the algae farm to the online magazine and the daily newspaper.
A customer is in a communication mess? Who to call? Dominik, of course! He’s an experienced consultant, strategist and copywriter. But not only in an emergency, our freelance communications professional is just a phone call or e-mail away when you need advice.
Whether print or digital, Tina supports us as a freelance graphic designer. In her creations, she attaches particular importance to the target group, their wishes and needs – just like us. Tina is also very active outside of work: she runs a studio for applied contemporary art and loves comics and sport.
The client needs a new corporate design, a website, a customer magazine? Our freelance graphic designer Alin is on hand. She convinces with unconventional ideas, a “we do it” attitude and her lively nature. A meeting with Alin is like prosecco on the rocks – everyone’s just in a good mood!
Maxi actively supports our team with blog texts, topic research and administration. She often presses the final button for the publication of our blog posts. As a student of business administration, she not only learns from us, but can also teach the team a thing or two. She also has a knack for designing social media posts. Most importantly, with her positive attitude and tasty treats from the bakery, she puts a smile on everyone’s face!
Thomas is a traveler. In more ways than one. Because as many countries as he has seen, he has also explored and developed as many topics as a copywriter. Whether for websites, PR, social media or blog posts – no journey is too far for him, no topic too distant. Photo: Katharina Grottker
Alex wants to make the world a little better every day – at least from a designer’s point of view. Of course, we are happy to give him the opportunity to do so: as a freelance graphic designer, he supports us with magazines, posters and brochures. Anyone who works so hard creatively is naturally also very active in his private life. Alex enjoys jogging, is at home on volleyball and basketball courts and is often out and about in museums and various German cities.
