What does Join do?

At Join GmbH, everything revolves around IT – consulting, development, support and more. In this case, however, that does not mean a fixation on technology. On the contrary: Join focuses on the users, the customers, employees and users. “Individuality”, “agility” and “new work” are just some of the buzzwords that describe Join.

Innovations deserve more publicity

Join supports many well-known customers with its solutions – but too few people knew about them. The IT provider’s busy marketing department was therefore looking for external support to increase brand awareness, for example in social media. We came into play to network and spread the company’s success stories in relevant customer segments. To this end, a digital magazine was also set up to generate the necessary attention for an innovative solution in the tourism sector. We worked closely with those responsible in-house to capture and convey the spirit of Join in the best possible way. In addition, there were press releases and strategic press work to position the IT solution provider in specialist publications and regional media.

People count

IT is not about ones and zeros, it’s about people. Join has recognized this. Naturally, we also wanted to do full justice to the claim “IT’s all about people”. That’s why our measures presented Join’s values, services and benefits in such a way that they were convincing – regardless of the existing IT expertise of potential customers. After all, in IT in particular, only the right placement of messages and the communication of added value and emotions can turn randomly interested people into loyal users and followers.
